Platinum Level – $5000

Gold Level – $1500
- Includes everything provided to silver level

- A prime location within the exhibition hall, two 6’ tables supplied.

- Speaking Opportunities
- Up to 5 minutes speaking to general session to introduce yourself and your company.
Silver Level – $500
- Basic Booth Space
- A designated area within the exhibition hall. One 6’ vendor table will be supplied.
- Company Logo and Branding
- Inclusion of the company logo in the conference program and on website.
- Marketing Opportunities
- Complete list of attendees and email addresses provided prior to conference.
- Social Media
- Logo and name featured on website. Photos of booth shared on social media pages.
- Networking Opportunities
- Access to exclusive networking events.
- Conference Gifts Bags
- Opportunities to add company swag and literature to the attendee gift bag.
Logistics
Tables
6’ Vendor Tables will be supplied to all vendors. Two chairs will be provided as well.
Food and Drink
Vendors may partake in the Food and Beverage as included in the Conference Package.
Electrical hook up
There is no additional cost for electrical access, however if you require outlets, email [email protected] with your specific requirements.
Conference attendance
Vendors are welcome to attend any portion of the conference, however, please allow preferred seating to be utilized by members.
Storage
Vendors will be given access to a storage area that will be locked at the completion of each day. Vendors have the option to store materials, however SEFTOA or the Hotel Venue will not be responsible for lost or damaged items and vendors store items at their own risk. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
- Exhibitors may cancel contracted booth space by submitting written notice/email to [email protected]. Such notice must be received no later than March 19, 2026
- If cancelation is received by March 19, 2026, there will be a full refund
- Cancellations occurring after March 19, 2026, shall be charged an administrative fee of $250
- No refunds if cancellation occurs after April 19, 2026
